Hexagon Group AG supports biodiversity conservation project with ETH Zurich

March 2023 – We, at Hexagon Group AG, are
excited to announce our partnership with ETH Zurich to support the BiodivX
project, which aims to contribute to the conservation of biodiversity on our
planet through interdisciplinary research, teaching, and outreach.
As
a company that offers merchandising, marketing, and logistics services to
various industries, including mining, fertilizer, petroleum, petrochemical, and
chemical sectors, we believe that commodities can be produced and consumed in a
responsible manner. That's why we invest a portion of our profits in projects that contribute to environmental protection and social causes. Our partnership
with ETH Zurich is another step towards achieving this goal.
ETH
Zurich is among the top universities globally and is committed to promoting
research and teaching on the conservation of biodiversity on our planet. The
BiodivX project is an excellent example of the university's research on
biodiversity and its conservation, bringing together environmental systems
science, biology, data science, and robotics.
