We are pleased to inform our stakeholders that, effective
today, Aries Fertilizers Group Pte Ltd has undergone a strategic rebranding and
will now operate under the name Hexagon Fertilizers Asia Pte Ltd.
Following the successful acquisition of 100% of Aries'
shares in Singapore, Hexagon Group AG has decided to streamline its global
identity by consolidating all entities under the Hexagon brand. This decision
reflects our commitment to presenting a cohesive and unified image across our
industry.
Hexagon Fertilizers Asia will be led by CEO Pushkar Jamnerkar, bringing with him a proven track record of leadership. Simultaneously, Hexagon Trading, based in Zug, Switzerland, will be overseen by Santiago Orol. Both executives will report directly to Christian Wendel, President of Hexagon Group AG.
While the name changes, our dedication to providing high-quality products and services remains unwavering. Hexagon Fertilizers Asia will continue to operate seamlessly, ensuring a smooth transition for our valued clients and partners.
